Refund Policy
If the courier is still at your door, you can check your order. If you don’t want it, just return it to the courier. You will only pay the shipping cost. Please note that once the courier has left, refunds are no longer accepted.
Exchange Policy
You can request an exchange by sending us a direct message. We will arrange for the courier to collect the original item and deliver the new one. You will be charged only for the shipping cost and any price difference between the two items. Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order. Please ensure the item is unused and the tag is still attached.
